A typical caregiver job description may include:
- Meal Preparation and Cooking
- Conversation and Companionship
- Light Housekeeping
- Transportation to and from doctor’s appointment
- Transportation to run errands or grocery shopping
- Assisting client with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Medication Reminder
- Assistance with feeding and with other everyday tasks
- Providing overnight care
- Assist with dementia or Alzheimer’s care
- Respite care to relieve family caregivers
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Valid Driver’s License or State ID
- Current CPR and First Aide Certification
- History of 2-step TB, if no history of 2-step, a 2-step will be needed
- Current TB clearance, if you already have a history of a 2-step TB
- No Fault Car Insurance Card
- Fingerprint and E-Crim Results
- CNA Certification (if applicable)
- Alien card (if applicable)
